    i think this video gives enough info to get the benefits needed. sure it could be more technical but its prob not needed. im going to start doing these today for a torn mcl that isnt healing fast enough. the only complaint i have about this video is wearing a tie with a short sleeve button down haha. also i wish i had a cervelo

    You’re a clueless muppet, aren’t you? What the hell is the “thigh” muscle? I’d like to see the reaction of my Anatomy teacher if I answered “thigh” muscle on an exam.
    You give no information about supine, give no information on muscle names and functions. All medicinal videos should be as informative as possible.
